Sallie Kate Richardson, Vice President of Operations and Director of Client Advancement, is the newest member of The FIRM’S award-winning team. A self-starter by nature, Ms. Richardson began her career as an intern at The FIRM and upon graduation from the University of Mississippi, was asked to stay on and expand her role. She has brought a fresh perspective on the power of social media marketing in developing client relationships and cross-promotional opportunities. Sallie Kate values communications as a tenant of her core job responsibilities because she has witnessed first-hand how transparency and information put clients at ease.

In that vein, Sallie Kate ensures The FIRM is a part of the growing digital space along with being the boots on the ground within the community. A digital native in our industry, with a family history in real estate, Ms. Richardson has a diverse portfolio of knowledge to help support all of our clients’ ever-changing needs. Organized and forward-facing, Sallie Kate has worked hard to establish one-on-one relationships, ensuring that clients feel valued and comforted and can easily call should they need help or advice.

When she isn’t busy attending to The FIRM’s growing business needs, Ms. Richardson enjoys travel, health and wellness activities, and spending time with family and friends.
