Brian Hayden founded The FIRM 14 years ago on the premise that consistently providing uncompromised service in the areas of Financial Consulting and Insurance and Risk Management would be the cornerstone of his agency's ethos. Brain holds a BBA in Managerial Finance and a BBA in Risk Management from Ole Miss. A life-long learner, he has garnered the Insurance industry’s top lifetime recognition, Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and is also a designated Chartered Financial Consultant -- earned through the American College and recognized as a pinnacle credential in the financial industry.

Brian sought both of these designations because he understands that more knowledge translates to better services and opportunities for the community he serves. It is his persistent attention to detail and fervent problem-solving coupled with his passion that has driven The FIRM’s success. Clients are consistently astounded by his persistence and willingness to follow-up and follow through as their own portfolios progress and change amongst the economic upheavals. A native of Mississippi, his creative and gracious approach has now garnered The FIRM clients from across the nation. Brian understands that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to his business --rather, each person, each family and each business is treated with unique respect and fresh perspectives.

Moreover, as an active participant on the speaker circuit, Brian consistently shares his industry expertise with local universities and participating clients. He is also an active Ole Miss alum, mentoring and sponsoring students and activities across campus.

When Brian isn’t busy helping small businesses and family-owned businesses to thrive, he can be found at Saints games, or in his cabin, boating, hunting and spending time with his two beloved search and rescue weimaraners.
