Our firm was established in 2008 by our managing partner, Brian Hayden, who previously worked for another multiple line practice since the age of 20 while attending Ole Miss. Brian quickly realized the importance of hands-on attention and an often used phrase, “because I said I would” as the bedrock to his practice. As a result of influential mentors and continuous educational efforts, Brian adopted the commitment to build a team of specialists who can provide better knowledge and service than what most clients are used to, and that principle holds true today. This dedication shows that while there are few guarantees in life, they CAN consistently deliver uncompromised service and a passion that surrounds each client interaction.
Our firm provides comprehensive coaching based in financial and retirement planning as well as risk management programs built around each client’s varied objectives. We have an affinity for working with closely held, small business owners in their professional and personal planning goals, though we also provide risk management and insurance products for families who seek professional recommendations and protection with an emphasis on maximizing value, which has proven to provide the most premium efficient outcome while promoting each client’s ability to thrive long term.
Our team of advisors focuses on their respective specialty ranging from advanced retirement planning to commercial and personal lines insurance. Each member is licensed in all lines of personal insurance, including property/casualty and life/health so that they are able to give qualified guidance to each client as an on-demand approach to service.
